Complete the online Contact Form. Once we have made the decision to work together, I will email you a registration form. This will provide me with some background information, which will help our first session to be more productive.
Yes. Therapy sessions often involve difficult discussions about sensitive issues and are strictly confidential. All personal information relating to your case will be kept in a locked cabinet, or in password protected, encrypted electronic files. Seven years after the closure of your file, all information will be permanently deleted or physically destroyed.
All sessions between us are confidential, and no information will be disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent, unless:
• You, or any family member, presents a risk of harm to themselves or others;
• There is clear evidence that a child under the age of 18 is at risk or has been abused or neglected;
• Information is requested by a Canadian Court of Law in respect of Court proceedings.
Individual: $165 per hour
Couple: $165 per hour

Please check with your insurance company to determine if they cover sessions provided by professionals in these orders. I am able to provide you with receipts, but do not direct bill the insurance company.
You can cancel or reschedule completely free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your session. This will allow me to offer your session to another client on my waiting list.
Your session time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, or if a session is missed without notice, the fee for that appointment will be 50%–100% of the regular session fee, depending on the circumstances. This is because it is unlikely that I can offer the time to another client at short notice, and the fee helps support the sustainability of my practice. If late cancellations become frequent, we may take time in session to discuss any barriers to attendance and how best to support consistency in your care.
